SEH

The following excerpt, taken from the DJC July 1997 edition, describes the SEH America Buildings project in more detail.

Building 60B is a phased addition to an existing high-tech manufacturing complex designed to grow and process silicon wafers. The new building is a 535,000-square-foot, three-story structure located adjacent to building 60A, which is now operational. In addition to fabrication space, the building features office and support areas.

Building 63 is a 22,500-square-foot structural steel and tilt-up concrete scrubber/bulk chemical storage building. Inside the building, toxins are scrubbed from the contaminated air and gases are produced by the manufacturing processes in buildings 60A and 60B. It also functions as a bulk chemical storage facility for chemicals that are piped into buildings 60A and 60B.
